The Film festival of Alcala of Meadows / communities of Madrid (ALCINE) has consolidated his prestige up to turning into one of the contests of more important shorts in the national ambience and in reference forced to experts and fans. Also it is already one of the cultural events of weight inside the proper activity of a city like Alcala de Henares, cultural, artistic and university space of the first magnitude and Patrimony of the Humanity.
