The Film festival Produces Prime City of Tudela it is the only festival of the national panorama that centers his programming on the début in the full-lenght film of the Spanish film makers.

His distinction, in addition to singular, turns Tudela into future footbridge, instead of the directors' step that they have achieved, perhaps, the most difficult thing: to raise a full-lenght film project in an industry so lacking in opportunities, so much for beginners as veterans.

The Film festival Produces Premium it is a contest specializing in the directors' first full-lenght films. Prime opera arose in the year 2000, thanks to the initiative of the Cultural center Castel Ruiz of the Town hall of Tudela, with the target to impel, to announce and to reward the first works realized in the Spanish movies throughout the year.

The spirit of the Festival is supported from his origins and in addition to betting for these movies in particular, other of his big achievements is of projecting certain tapes that, for one or another motive, are not provided with facility at the time of his exhibition in the commercial rooms. Thus Prime Opera realizes a determined bet for the Spanish movies, for the new values, trying to give an impulse to the cinematographic careers of the film makers who make début in the full-lenght film.

It is a question of the only national festival that he bets exclusively for this type of movies, what it provides to the contest of an outstanding peculiarity that has been praised in numerous occasions by personalities of the world of the Spanish movies.
