Bases of the FesCiRecuen 2010
1. - The Cultural Association Nouba summons III National Festival of Shorts of Humor “Town of The Rebowl”, which will be celebrated in the locality of The Rebowl (Guadalajara) on the 23rd, July 24 and 25, 2010.
2. - They will be able to compete for contest all those shorts which genre is the humor. There will be accepted so much shorts of fiction as of animation. Every participant will be able to send so much works as it creates opportunely. The shorts will have to have a maximum duration of 20 minutes and be productions later to January 1, 2009.
3. - Two copies will have to be sent in format DVD. Every short will have to be sent in an independent DVD. It will have to complete and to send together with the short the card of inscription ACE, which will be able to be on the page of the festival. The deadline to receive the works will be May 30, 2010. The works will be sent to the following direction:

4. - The selection of the shorts chosen to contest will be done by representatives of the Cultural Association Nouba. The Organization of the Festival will be designated by a Jury formed by professionals of the movies, which will trump all the awards except the Award of the Public who will be voted by the assistants for the projections of the Official Section.
5. - The awards of the FesCiRecuen 2010 will be the following ones:
- Award of the Jury 1.000 euros
- Award of the Public 800 euros
- I reward Better Short 500 euros
of Animation
- I reward Better Short Trophy
of Humor of “Castile the Spot”
- I reward Better Short Humor Trophy
of Guadalajara
- Better Actor rewarded Trophy
- Better Actress rewarded Trophy

The prizewinners will have to be present in the gala of delivery of awards the night of Saturday, the 24th of July. Of not being able to help in person they will be able to delegate in some another component of the technical team of the short. If no member of the short was present at the above mentioned act, the Organization might declare the void award or grant it to the most adopted second short.
6. - The Cultural Association Nouba will be able to make use of the shorts received for his projection in the Festival as for other possible projections that are realized earlier or after the same one. The received shorts will stay in possession of the Association.
7. - The mailing of the short and of the card ACE properly completed means the acceptance on the part of the person in charge of the work of the bases of the FesCiRecuen 2010. Any circumstance that is not described in the bases of the Festival will be corrected by the Organization as I considered it suitable.
